ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ and Blackheath Prep merged in September 2023 to become one family of schools. While each retains its own distinct identity, the schools share a common ethos and educational approach and work together to provide the very best in education for pupils across south-east London and beyond.Ìý

Together, we are building on our shared mission by collaborating across the schools, sharing facilities, expertise and opportunities for the benefit of our students, and investing for the future. Recent examples include joint concerts, shared staff development initiatives, and cross-school enrichment activities.Ìý

The ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ Family of Schools enjoy excellent leadership under CEO and Headmaster of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ, Guy Sanderson. He is supported by Rachel Thompson and Vikki Lloyd, Heads of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ and Blackheath Prep respectively, and James Martin, Senior Deputy Head of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ.Ìý

ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ pupils retain their pre-existing entry arrangements to the Senior School, while Blackheath Prep pupils benefit from a ‘priority places’ process – not available to any other feeder school – for those families selecting ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ. Equally, we understand that parents may wish to consider a range of senior schools and children moving on to another senior option at 11 continue to receive the excellent preparation and support for which Blackheath Prep is well known.ÌýÌý
